Emergency First Aid at Work

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is accredited by Ofqual, ensuring that the training courses you provide are of the highest quality.

The CIEH offers unique course materials to help candidates in completing this new qualification. Our course book – Principles of Emergency First Aid at Work – outlines the skills required for first aiders in lower-risk workplaces to manage first aid calmly and confidently.

What this means for candidates

Successfully completing the CIEH Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work course will qualify candidates to become a first aider in their workplace.

In addition to receiving a certificate, each successful candidate will receive a wallet-sized ID card, stating that they are a qualified first aider.
