  Respect Judo Club offers Judo to Children aged 7 upwards from 18:45 to 19:45 every Tuesday in Ingleton VH. There is also an Adult class for those aged 14 and over which runs from 19:45 to 20:45.

  Beginners are welcome and a loan Judo jacket can be provided. Please wear jogging bottoms (no zips) if taking part for the first time.
