Cotherstone Village Hall was built in 1883 as a Temperance Hall. In the last 15 years the hall has undergone a considerable modernisation programme. The size and layout of Cotherstone Village Hall make it an ideal choice for private and business functions. Rooms: Large hall, two meeting rooms, kitchen - see floor plan below Heating: Available throughout the hall Maximum Capacity: The large hall is suitable for 115 persons in theatre style or 80 in conference style. There are also two meeting rooms, each suitable for 25 people, with soft furnishings and coffee tables. Maximum 140 people in hall at any time. Facilities: The hall has a refurbished stage with lighting. The modern kitchen facilities include a fridge, microwave and cooker. There are also toilet facilities accessible to all rooms. Equipment: The hall has a good supply of chairs and tables and there is ample crockery and cutlery available. There is also a variety of sports equipment, whilst the stage lighting makes the hall an ideal choice for functions, parties and performances. To aid business users there is a photocopier, laminator and flip chart. Parking: There is a designated car park with 10 spaces available. There are also 2 marked accessible parking spaces and other parking in the village. Access: Ramp and handrails on exterior access. Induction loop system
